The Training Center for Applied Geodesy and Photogrammetry (TCAGP) has once again revitalized its training program by streamlining its courses to provide a more responsive approach to knowledge development and capability building with geomatics technology. The TCAGP has reorganized its courses to suit the institutional manpower requirements of the government and non-governmental organizations which are engaged in resource information generation and management.
These courses are now streamlined to one-month courses, which were offered starting the first semester of AY 2015-2016. As part of TCAGP’s extension services, trainees from government units and agencies are exempted from payment of tuition fees.
The one-month training courses lined-up by the TCAGP include:
- TC 24 Remote Sensing of the Environment
- TC 25 Geographic Information Systems
NOTE: Only TC 24 and TC 25 are currently offered each semester. The other courses previously offered will soon be available as new streamlined courses.
Trainees have privileges and access to University facilities. A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who satisfactorily fulfill the requirements of each course.
The important dates for TCAGP training course offering for AY 2017-2018 can be viewed here.
