Everyone is invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations in the parallel technical sessions of PhilGEOS 2013.
Researchers, faculty members, geomatics professionals and practitioners, as well as undergraduate and graduate students conducting researches and applying geomatics technologies such as remote sensing, GIS, surveying, GPS, etc. in agriculture and forestry, and closely-related areas are encouraged to submit abstracts. We also invite individuals working with the agriculture and forestry sectors to submit abstracts in order to share their experiences in agriculture and forest management, and on how geomatics became useful or can become useful in sustainable management and for building resiliency of these sectors.
Abstracts should have a maximum of 500 words, and as much as possible, focus on the symposium theme “Geomatics for a resilient agriculture and forestry“. All submitted abtracts will be screened by the PhilGEOS Technical Program Committee.
Abstracts should be submitted online through the unified Registration and Abstract Submission page. Authors who have successfully submitted their abstracts will receive an notification e-mail.
